Declan Turner is a young composer currently completing his final year of the Bachelor of Music at the University of Western Australia. His musical journey began at age seven with private piano lessons, igniting a lifelong passion for music.

Throughout high school, composing evolved from a hobby into a clear career path, leading him to UWA. Here, Declan thrives within a vibrant, supportive community of young composers dedicated to mutual artistic growth.
